Masters and PhD Graduate streams: general occupations invited

On July 9, 2024, we issued invitations to apply to potential candidates in the Expression of Interest system pool who may qualify for the Masters Graduate stream. Candidates only received an invitation if they had a score of 54 and above.

In a separate draw, we issued invitations to apply to potential candidates in the Expression of Interest pool who may qualify under the PhD Graduate stream. Candidates only received an invitation if they had a score of 50 and above.

You may apply to these streams if you received an invitation to apply on July 9, 2024.

To apply:

1. Review the Masters Graduate or PhD Graduate stream pages to determine if you meet the requirement
2. Review the document checklists for the Masters Graduate or PhD Graduate streams to ensure you have the mandatory documents
3. Log in to the OINP e-Filing Portal and click the newly created file number with the prefix NMAS or NPHD.

Your new application file number is different than your EOI file number. The EOI file number (EOI-NMAS-XXXXXX or EOI-NPHD-XXXXXX) will be greyed out; this is not an error.

If you received an invitation to apply you don’t need to contact the program.
